CHASSIS REPAIRS

We take on the bigger chassis repair jobs that require our specialist equipment.

We use the latest jig bracket system and factory data dimensions ensuring the vehicle is correctly realigned to original factory specification.

We have extensive experience in repairing vehicles chassis frames.

Using specialist chassis equipment, we can repair bent, twisted and cracked chassis’. Vehicle chassis straightening, chassis repairs, chassis inspections, wheel alignment and axle straightening.

We can repair and check 4x4s, Trucks, Cars, Trailers and anything with a Chassis in need of straightening / repair or alignment check!

VEHICLE RESTORATIONS

Here at Brian Kelly Motors we specialise in truck cabs that are in a rusty condition.

We will strenghten up the structure and make up a 4 wheeled frame for ease of movement in the workshop.

We then have the cab soda blasted/lightly undercoated so that we can see the full extent of our job.

As you will see, we can fabricate any panels required in the reconstruction of your cab.

When our work is complete your project will be ready to proceed to prep/repaint.

VEHICLE RECONSTRUCTION

We preserve and restore the cosmetic and structural repair of your vehicle by removing, replacing, or repairing parts, while preserving any of the original components that we can.

All panel beating of repairable areas is carried out to the highest standards.

All panels headlights, grills, bumpers, etc are expertly fitted to ensure a perfect lineup.

All welding using MIG, TIG, Aluminium and spot welding work is completed to factory spec standard.

Refurbished using either original or reproduction parts.

METAL FABRICATION

If it’s made of metal and belongs on a vehicle body or chassis, we can restore it.

We can create bespoke panels with exact measurements and replicate body panels using a variety of specialist tools and good old-fashioned ingenuity.

We can recreate inner structure panelling and outer skins to floor fabrications.

We provide light and heavy vehicle transportation & recovery throughout all 32 counties.

We use a fleet of purpose built low loading transporters that give a low loading angle.

This is especially useful for sports cars, track machines and other large vehicles with low ground clearance.

We offer a car delivery service at great competitive rates. All fully insured so you know your pride and joy will be safe with us.
